The Hadron Collider Physics Symposium 2011 which is hosted by
LPNHE/University of Paris VI & VII, will take place at
21 rue de l'Ecole de Medecine, 75006, Paris,
(there are several entrances, 21 is the best, not 15 but they are close)
in the Quartier Latin (center of Paris, close to Notre Dame).
The auditorium is Amphi des Cordeliers.
The conference starts Monday 14 November at 9am, till Friday 18 November 5pm.
(coffee/croissants will be provided from 8.30 the first day and until 6pm the last day)
• The nearest metro station is Odeon (Line 10) or Saint-Michel (RER-B and RER-C).

• Scientific program can be found from our web site . The sessions start 9:00 AM every Morning.
• All participants including accampanying persons are invited to the Welcome reception on Monday 14th (19:30-21:30)
• The Poster session will take place on Thursday 17:00-19:00.
• The banquet will be a dinner cruese on the Seine river on Thurday 20:30. Direction can be found here.

• Wireless network will be available for all participants. Please receive your own user ID and password at Registration.
LunchesWe will not provide lunches. This area is one of most animated place in Paris. You can find any type of restuarant within a few minutes walk.

Speakers please respect the assigned time to avoid being interrupted by the chairman. Do not use question time (5') for your talk.
Slides must be provided in PDF and uploaded on
the INDICO server.

Storing a second version in another format is acceptable but the PDF will be the reference. Please also have a backup copy on a USB key with you.
IMPORTANT: Please upload your slides 3 hours before your talk (the day before if you are talking in a morning session): The Scientific Secretaries will take them from the INDICO and made them available for you on the computers of the conference rooms. In case you had to modify your slides just before your talk, please contact session chair or scientific secretaries.
Personal laptops cannot be used for your presentation.
Instructions to speakers and poster presenters will be sent shortly after the conference. The deadline to submit a contribution to the proceedings is January 12th 2012.
